What did you do??

I enjoy so much watching football games. It has been my passion since I can remember. Well, in this opportunity I would like to meet Fabio Cannavaro. He is a football player who was in the last world cup in 2006 and won it being the captain of this team.
I would like to ask him how he did it?
I know it is a team work to get a world cup championship, however being the captain takes a lot of responsibility. You have to be a leader and respected for your mates. You have to use this power to express your feelings, fears and dreams and at the same time, take care of your team.
How can he do it? What did he tell them? What are the most important characteristic that a leader needs to have? Can you encourage someone to be a leader?
From his point of view I could take those answers and apply it to my reality. We are going to be teacher and we are going to be in our students’ lives so, it would be important to use all the skills we have to help them to become a better person.
Also, I would like to meet him because he is a very good-looking man.
