Also, it includes some tips *on organizing* paperwork and communication with students’ parents or caretakers,* considering the important role they play in the students'* learning process. This part gives organization to the role needed into the classroom: ((what do you mean by "gives organization to?))) it is a tool to improve students'* learning.

In conclusion, this book makes you think about how important a good environment is for learning and how important communication and organization are in the classroom. It has a simple format, it is easy to read and *is* well-*organized in terms of topic and idea development. It is a text that invites students to participate in this process of making decisions along with the teacher.

A stylistic element of your writing that I noticed in the book review as well is that you tend to introduce ideas, and then repeat a lot of that introduction when you go on to elaborate. Try avoid this kind of repetition in consecutive sentences. Once you have introduced a component, go on and jump right in to discussing it rather than repeating the general statement you already made. The only time you wouldn't do this is when you had a lot more text between the two ideas.
Also, don't forget about plural possessives: students vs. students'
